Ambassadors

The Adult Ambassadors are the "fishermen" (a.k.a. the judges) that will provide you with constructive feedback after your presentation on competition day. They are experts in one of the three categories and passionate individuals that believe in bringing a change to communities through the power of the leaders of today.

We will be announcing the rest of the judges shortly!

You will be given the opportunity to be selected by a judge of your category and work with them 1-on-1 to further polish your idea. Regardless of results,

everybody can get feedback.

Executive Director of Conservation Northwest

Mitch Friedman

Mitch Friedman is the Executive Director of Conservation Northwest, which he founded in 1989. He has a degree in Zoology from the University of Washington and raised two daughters in Bellingham before recently moving back to Seattle. He led or played key roles in the following conservation achievements and innovations, among others. He was also a founding board member of Wildlands Network and has been recognized with awards from Sunset Magazine, Society for Conservation Biology, The Wilderness Society, Washington Environmental Council, Northwest Jewish Environmental Project, Endangered Species Coalition, Wilburforce Foundation, and The Wildlife Society (NW Section).

Customer Success Manager/Project Manager of Yelp

Whitney Alli

Whitney Alli with an MBA is a highly skilled Project Manager, specializing in healthcare at Kaiser Permanente. Known for implementing impactful solutions, she led a team in the successful integration of an electronic health record system and achieved a significant reduction in medication errors. Whitney's expertise extends to entrepreneurship program management and contributing to a $3 million annual revenue stream at Yelp through the creation of the Portfolio feature. She is also an analyst for the Social Justice Arizona Women's Coalition and passionate about women's right.

Executive Director of Operation Nightwatch

Frank DiGirolamo

Frank DiGirolamo has been a volunteer at Operation Nightwatch since 2013, now serving as the Executive Director. Operation Nightwatch is an organization that serves to reduce the impact of poverty and homelessness. As someone who is devoted to his faith, he is also the deacon and director of stewardship and formation at St. Monica Catholic Church.
